Last October, I introduced a few friends and family to The Boston Advisor with this short post. Today I’m excited to introduce the site revamp to a broader audience. Welcome to the new site!
We’re in an amazing era of personal finance writing. After twenty years as a financial advisor, I wanted to contribute in a small way to the conversation. My book, Beyond the Basics: Maximizing, Allocating, and Protecting Your Capital was being published, and I wanted an ongoing connection with my readers. I also hoped to reach new people who need help managing their portfolios and building financial plans.
45 weeks later it’s time to migrate from Squarespace to WordPress to improve functionality and the reader experience.
Check out the expanded About page, book reviews on the My Book page, and enhanced search functionality through the new search bar feature on the Home page (along with easier ways to share posts with others). Most importantly, thanks to all of you for your continued support and readership. Blogging has taught me that if a tree falls in a forest and no one hears it, it didn’t make a sound.
